Greatly enjoyed this brand-new hotel: nice food and absolutely friendly and extremely friendly staff. The a double room I stayed in was impressive with windows looking in the green inner yard. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room too. The location was ideal, within a close distance from Sapada Paya. Had a really really nice stay for good holiday, would love to return.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to the airport and a short distance to the village center.
There were a few aspects of our stay that we found disappointing. some of the additional services provided by the hotel, such as laundry and bike rental, were quite expensive compared to alternatives available outside the hotel.

Plus, the room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
the Wi, Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to plan our day trips or communicate with loved ones back home.

I can confidently say that my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. their attention to detail was impressive. When I emailed them in advance for assistance, the General Manager, Beatrice, went above and beyond to help me book a bus from Yangon and a balloon flight. She even came on Skype to personally address my concerns, which was extremely helpful. Secondly, the location of this hotel is ideal. It is conveniently situated near the markets and restaurants, and it's a straight road to Old Bagan where most of the Pagodas are. It made exploring the area so much easier. Lastly, the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for dining and offered e-scooter bikes at reasonable rates, allowing me to freely explore Bagan. I had a fantastic experience here and can't wait to return with friends and family.
I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay, everything was okay.
